The agenda includes discussion of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, EU relations with Latin American and Caribbean countries and issues of digital diplomacy.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Dendias, he will travel on Monday 18 July to Brussels, where he will participate in the Foreign Affairs Council. Before the start of the Council meeting, the foreign ministers will have a discussion, via video conference, with their Ukrainian counterpart, Dmytro Kuleba, as stated in a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Under the heading “Current Situations” the FIMI (Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference) toolbox will be discussed, the situation in the L.D. Congo and the Great Lakes region, the convening of the EU-Israel Association Council, the EU-Arab League Ministerial Meeting, the food crisis and the political situation in Tunisia and the situation in Sri Lanka.
