Tsipras: They rule with lies and illegal surveillance, but the borders couldn’t monitor them

by

The president of the official opposition accuses the government of “lies”.

Alexis Tsipras strongly criticizes the government, accusing it of “lies about wiretapping” and “lies about the ‘cursed people of Evros'”.

“Lies about wiretapping until they could no longer deny the undeniable. Lies about the ‘cursed people of the Evros’, who declared them non-existent even in institutional briefings, while they languished for days on an island in the river. Lies even about the dead five-year-old child, who breathed his last helpless and was buried by his helpless mother” notes the president of SYRIZA PS in a post on his personal Facebook account.

Mr. Tsipras mentions that “they rule with lies, controlled information and illegal surveillance”, to comment: “But the borders could not be “monitored”. “And today not a single apology, no remorse, no hint of sensitivity and humanity. Even words have lost their meaning,” he emphasizes.
