The events for the completion of 48 years since the Founding Declaration of the Movement, started yesterday and will culminate today (Saturday) with the speech of the party’s president, Nikos Androulakis, at 19.30 in the afternoon.
With the youth as the protagonists and making their presence felt in Zappeion, the curtain opened on the two-day festival organized this year by PASOK – Change Movement to mark the 48th anniversary of the Movement’s Founding Declaration.
Among other things, a thematic discussion table was held in the atrium of Zappeion on the job insecurity of young people with the participation of academics, lawyers, representatives of GSEE and GSEVEE.
Today (Saturday) the events start at 18:30 in the afternoon, with a thematic discussion on gender-based violence and femicide and will end at 19:30 with a speech by Mr. Androulakis.
In yesterday’s intervention, the president of PASOK – Movement for Change Mr. Nikos Androulakis noted that “we are here to embrace the anxieties, not only of the new generation, but of all Greek men and women, because we are all rowing in the same boat. And all generations must fight with the voice of reason and dignity. The more time we let the problems go by, the more they swell and any solutions will be much more difficult with the ones we have on the decision table today. And let’s remember how the millennium we live in today began. We had many options on the table and we made all the mistakes that led us to the memorandum even though some people today continue to do the Pontius Pilates”.
