Mr. Spirtzis did the right thing and resorted to the Justice and anyone who has similar suspicions should do the same, says the government representative, Yannis Oikonomou, in a statement, after the indictment filed today for the case.
Mr. Economou also notes that the government “has already started all the institutional procedures to investigate these issues over time and has made it clear that the Greek state did not procure and no government authority used and does not use such software”.

Mr. Spirtzis did well to resort to Justice and anyone who has similar suspicions needs to do the same.
The Government has already started all the institutional procedures to investigate these issues over time and has made it clear that the Greek state did not procure and no government authority used and does not use such software.
On the contrary, it has been committed, in the context of the more comprehensive actions by the E.U. to counter malicious software, which operates in a number of countries, violating the principle of privacy of communications.
