Discharge after 2.5 months of hospitalization due to coronavirus for Vassilis Leventis

Vassilis Leventis was discharged from the “Evaggelismos” hospital today, after almost 75 days of hospitalization due to a coronavirus.

In a statement, the hospital states that his health condition is considered satisfactory.

The president of the Union of Centers was admitted on September 25 with a coronavirus and needed his immediate intubation.

He was intubated on the 27th of the same month, however his health condition deteriorated and he was intubated again.

He has now overcome the danger.

It is noted that he was not vaccinated, while he has an underlying disease.

“He was never in the anti-vaccination movement, he was afraid because of the diseases he had and he did not have time to be vaccinated,” explained his son Marios Georgiadis. “We would not have gone through the process if he had caught up.”

He went on to say: “Today is a good day to thank all those who stood by my father and the president of the Union of Centers. “I urge everyone to be vaccinated, not to get sick but not to die.”

According to him, he is fine, however, he is very tired, but mentally he is fine.

“We experienced it with difficulty, we see the glass half full because we have a Golgotha ​​ahead. “He is looking forward to coming home and will contact everyone in due course,” he concluded.
