Oikonomou on Tsipras’ speech at the SYRIZA Committee: He has nothing to say for the present

by

The government is supporting society with one of the three largest programs in Europe, the government spokesman said

His speech Alexis Tsipras the government representative commented on the Central Committee of SYRIZA Giannis Oikonomou.

In more detail he stated:

“Mr. Tsipras is constantly dealing with himself and the past, in which he has chosen to live politically. He has nothing to say about the present, beyond naive findings, and he has nothing to offer to the future of Greece and our people.

Regarding the question of what the Government has done, the answer is that it has, among many other things, supported society with one of the three largest programs in Europe, it has shielded Greece’s borders and security from various threats, it has achieved enormous progress in development, has reduced unemployment and is reforming the state.

Our work to date does not make us rest and take pride, but gives us strength to try harder, to bring even more beneficial results for the citizens in the face of the introduced crises.

PS: regarding Mr. Tsipras’s predictions for the elections, comments are unnecessary, after all, everyone remembers his statement in 2019: “not one in a million that I will lose to Mitsotakis”.
