The checks of the Interagency Market Control Unit (DIMEA) are continuous even on the days of the holidays, as the Minister of Development and Investments Adonis Georgiadis reported on social media.
In his post on twitter, Mr. Georgiadis wrote that the levels of DIMEA constantly carry out checks, morning and night, but “all measures were observed and no violations were observed, only strict recommendations were made”.
On December 24, checks were carried out in a shopping center as well as in Ermou, Mitropoleos and the pedestrian street of Aiolou, while in the evening hours the squads carried out checks in the areas of FIX, and Nea Smyrnis in the squares and on December 25, checks were made in nightclubs.
