KKE: We are not going to accept regulations on the terms of participation in the elections that make dangerous generalizations

In its comment, on the government regulations regarding the conditions for the participation of parties in the elections, the Press Office of the Central Committee of the KKE notes:

“Once again in less than two years, the ND government brings back the issue of introducing new restrictions on the participation of parties in elections, in the name of preventing the offshoots of the criminal Nazi Golden Dawn.

The KKE has a permanent front in practice against the criminal Nazi organizations, it takes the lead to isolate and uproot them from every workplace, neighborhood and school. It has been proven that only the labor-popular movement with its action can crush them, marking at the same time the real culprit, in the “neck” of which the Nazi snake systematically finds refuge: The system of exploitation.

The KKE is not going to accept regulations that proceed to dangerous generalizations, leaving room for the unacceptable theory of the two extremes that equates fascist with communist ideology and action. Nor of course will he agree to have his operation and action controlled by the Supreme Court in every electoral battle and to have his participation in the elections depend on this control. These dangerous roads are opened by the official policy and institutional framework of the EU, which is already used to ban in a number of countries communist parties and youth, communist symbols, etc.”
