He reported the incident through his personal Facebook account, saying that the attack was probably carried out by an air gun.
According to ERT, no bullet has been found and the attack took place around 17:00.
In his post, the MP states:
We experienced this too. This afternoon my office in Nice was attacked by strangers. The investigation is ongoing and all possibilities are being investigated. Fortunately, the hit (possibly from an air gun) happened when we didn’t have a visiting card. If it had happened a little later, I don’t know how things would have turned out. I thank the friends for the interest they showed and the State Security for the immediate intervention. We’re all fine. We continue as you know us. Fighting.
