The amendment was submitted to the Parliament which gives the right to the second-level body of football referees to become a member of the EPO and at the same time gives the active football referees the right to elect and be elected to the statutory bodies of both the primary and second-level refereeing bodies, as well as and in the statutory bodies of the EPO.

With the same amendment, it is possible to entrust, by a joint decision of the Minister of Finance and the Minister responsible for Sports, to TAIPED, the holding of a tender on behalf of the Greek State for the utilization of the facilities managed by NPDD under the name ETHNIKO HIONODROMIKO VASILITSA CENTER (EXKB) and NPDD under the name ETHNIKO HINODOROMIKO KENTRO SELIOU.

The amendment was submitted on Friday evening to the bill of the Ministry of Culture and Sports entitled “Provisions for the armoring of the institutional framework of sports and the rationalization of sports legislation”. This bill is introduced for voting in the plenary session of the Parliament next Tuesday, 21/02/2023.
