Following the decision of the Prime Minister and President of the New Republic, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, he joins the Central Administration of the large center-right faction and takes action in the Electoral Campaign Committee, in order to contribute with his Parliamentary experience and his knowledge in the upcoming crucial electoral race.
A fight against populism and the illusions of the opposition with the aim of definitively turning the page and reviving the homeland under the governance of New Democracy and Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
In closing, the ND Member of Parliament thanks all those who honored him and trusted him with their vote, pointing out that “the doors of my political office will remain open, continuing to be next to the people of Piraeus and the islanders”.

His open letter follows:

Adear friends,
In July 2019, you trusted me with your vote and elected me to the highly honorable position of Member of Parliament of the First Piraeus and Islands electoral district with the ND party.
During these four years, I fought with passion, passion and vision, wanting to fulfill the wish of all my fellow citizens, for Piraeus and our Islands to become protagonists and to be at the center of developments.
To become a driver in the first carriage of the train of development and prosperity achieved due to the successful policies of the President of the New Democracy and Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and his Government.
Despite the adversities and crises at the global level, we not only stood up but also moved the country forward on all levels.
We restored the relationship of trust between citizens and the state, shielded the borders of the country, gave a share of the economic prosperity to the citizens, supported those in need and increased the opportunities that young people need.
During these four years I feel that I have honored your trust by consistently following the values and principles for which you elected me.
I was always there with continuous interventions in the Parliamentary proceedings, with a permanent presence in the Parliamentary seats, with positions and with suggestions of a multitude of legislations for Piraeus and our Islands.
Now, the fight I will fight for everything that our Party and the majority of the Greek people stand for, will be from a different perspective.
On the basis of the common perception of the criticality of the upcoming national elections and at the request of the President of the New Democracy Kyriakos Mitsotakis, I join the Central Administration of our Faction and take action in the Electoral Campaign Committee, in the battle that we are all called to fight together, united, against populism, the lies and illusions of the opposition.
In this crucial electoral battle for the present and the future of the country, we are all called to put aside personal ambitions and must serve the common interest of the great center-right Faction, of great and powerful Greece, under the guidance of our President and Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart, to all of you who honored me and trusted me with your vote, but also to all those who accompanied us during difficult times for the country.
I assure you that I will continue to be by your side in the effort for a better everyday life and a society of equal opportunities for all.
The doors of my political office will remain open, housing your every concern and reflection.
And it could not be otherwise, since my love for Piraeus and our Islands does not end with a parliamentary candidacy or a personal electoral success.
After all, we still have a lot to offer to the city where we were born, grew up and still live and work, from whatever office we are called to serve the public life of the country in the future
We continue together!
With regards and true gratitude,
Christopher Boutsikakis
Member of Parliament for SW 1 Piraeus & Islands
