Alice Wegmann remembers almost death during recording and ‘dark period’ before entering therapy

In the air in “Vale Tudo” (Globo) in the skin of director Solange, actress Alice Wegmann celebrates having a solar character to play. Especially because, according to her, the very dramatic papers that has done almost caused a fatality in her life.

“On TV, dark roles, with emotional issues, they consumed me. In ‘orphans of the earth’, there was a day I cried for 30 scenes. There is an emotional place that moves, destabilizes us,” he said in Chat at Videocast Conversa Vai, conversation comes.

According to her, in mid -2018/2019, she had no maturity of distinguishing what was character and herself. And had a collapse. “I had to be revived. My heart hit 31 and ended up in a UPA. I was in an action scene and I started to get sick. I trembled, I couldn’t say right. I was lying on the floor, came an ambulance, I took two doses of atropine because one was no use. ‘I was very afraid of losing your daughter,'” he said.

After work, the actress says she began to analyze and that therapy helped her fight a depression and burnout.

“I lived a dark period. It was a mourning. When a soap opera, series, movie, is a void. I lived this depression. I didn’t want to go out, to see me, to see me. I was very ashamed of me.”

“That’s when I met my analyst. She saved my life. Because I left a hole. A good analyst is one that gives you the power to live,” he added.
