The visit of the foreign minister is part of the active support from Greece of the European proposal for the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina
A telephone conversation between Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić and Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias took place yesterday (Tuesday), according to diplomatic sources. During this communication, the Serbian President invited Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias to visit Belgrade today.
The Foreign Minister accepted the invitation and will make the visit today, where he will have a personal meeting and working lunch with Mr. Vucits, the same sources said.
Nikos Dendias will not meet with his Serbian counterpart, Ivica Dačić, as the latter will be on a trip outside Serbia.
The visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs to Belgrade (in continuation of the visit he had made to Pristina on March 12) is part of the active support, from Greece, of the European proposal for the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina, after the agreement, which was achieved in Ohrid on March 18.
