Declaration of Ilias Kasidiaris for participation in the elections – What does he say about the prohibitive provisions of the law – Who leads his party.
By Ioanna Mandrou
Ilias Kasidiaris, who has founded the “Hellenes” party, announced his intention to participate in the upcoming elections as a candidate in the first Athens.
The convicted former Golden Dawn member of parliament announced in a statement that he will run as a member of parliament and the president of his party will be Dimitris Hatziliadis, a professor at the Evelpidon Military School.
With regard to the recent legislative regulations that prohibit those convicted of the ACA for the crime of the criminal organization, from participating in the elections, Ilias Kasidiaris mentions, among other things, that in the Supreme Court “Right will be confronted with Wrong”.
His statement in detail:
In the elections of May 21, I will be a candidate in Athens A with the “Greek National Party” chaired by the Professor of the Evelpidon Military School, Brigadier General Dimitrios Hatziliadis.
More than half a million Greeks currently support our party. We have an obligation towards them to fight the great political and legal battle until the end.
Any sworn Government or Judicial agent who attempts to illegally deprive half a million Greeks of their political rights and abolish free elections will commit the Crime of High Treason punishable by life imprisonment. On the 2nd of May in the Areio Pagos, the Right will be confronted with the Unjust, the Law with the Illegal, the Democracy (represented by the Greek National Party) with the tyranny of the political system.
I have already lost 3.5 years of my life in regime prisons, because I never stopped fighting for Faith and Country. Whatever the outcome of the coming Judicial battle, be sure of one thing: that the unyielding fight for Justice, Truth and Greece will continue and be victorious.

Sincerely,
Ilias Kasidiaris”
