Its president, Kyriakos Velopoulos, spoke about what has been happening in the last few days in the Hellenic Solution, shortly before the party and its Ethics Committee filed a lawsuit against the resigned MP, Mylonakis.
Kyriakos Velopoulos, speaking to ANT1, referred to a series of publications that referred to meetings of his MPs with New Democracy, explaining that after these and after learning that since last September he had indications of meetings of MPs of his party with officials of the ruling party , convened the Ethics Committee.
“I called them to explain to the Ethics Commission and a crescendo started,” he said, declining to be named.

Regarding the scenarios for the candidacy of former members of the Golden Dawn with the Greek Solution, he said that “I have not yet decided who will be candidates in the elections, there is a committee, but it has not yet made a proposal to me.”
Regarding possible post-election partnerships, he noted that, “I don’t drink tsipoura in Patras”.
Asked once more about what happened in the Greek Solution, he replied that “the Ethics Committee decided and sent the matter to the Court”, shortly before the lawsuit was officially announced.
