The ND representative analyzes how recruitment will be done in the next 4 years
The representative of SYRIZA gives an answer to SYRIZA regarding public sector recruitment in the next 4 years Akis Skertsos of New Democracy.
His statement in more detail:
“His agony SYRIZA to show that he is making “informed opposition” leads him to make childish mistakes. We inform them, therefore, that with regard to public sector recruitment over the next four years, the following applies:
1) the medium-term stability plan 2023-2026 does not include a specific number of recruitments because it follows the fiscally neutral rule of 1 recruitment for every 1 departure
2) in this context, the departures due to retirement – and therefore the recruitments – planned for the coming years are as follows:
2023: 18,178 departures
2024: 10,484 departures
2025: 10,868 departures
2026: 10,295 departures
Grand total: 49,825
Hence the 50,000 recruitments that will be made in the public sector within the next four years.
Especially for health personnel we have committed that within the framework of these 50,000 recruitments there will be a net increase of 10,000 health recruitments, in addition to the 7,000 that have already been announced and have not yet been absorbed into the NHS as permanent staff.
So, let the “Clouzos” of the opposition be quiet…”.
