In a series of complaints about the behavior shown by its leadership Freedom of Navigation to candidate MPs of the party, candidates who saw themselves being placed in non-elective positions, advanced in a press conference which they granted earlier.

Ms. Konstantopoulou, they alleged, used them as “rabbits” in her bid to win votes. And, they denied that there was any prior notification, much less consent, to changes in the line-up of candidates.

Overall, eleven candidates across the territory have proceeded to publicly denounce Zoi Konstantopoulou’s choices, as they said.

According to the data they provided, after the May 21 elections, those nominated on the ballot changed in 29 out of 59 constituencies. In particular, in the large regions (Athens – Piraeus – Thessaloniki) the first ones changed in eight out of ten cases.

The interview, in detail, was given by Olga Dalla, Chrysa Diamantopoulou and Margarita Kazakou, and Tzanis Gouskos. They introduced themselves as “a group of sidelined parliamentary candidates from Pleussi Eleftherias and Zoi Konstantopoulou”.

THE Olga Dalla, a lawyer and with a leading role in the disability movement, was nominated in the May elections in the South Sector of Athens. She did, however, see her name in third place. In this case, he denounced the president of Plevsis Eleftherias for “insulting our personalities, trampling on our dream”. She, after all, particularly focused on the possibility of representation that disabled people would have in Parliament from now on. Despite this, he was in third place in the new ballots. “She made the people’s vote … a rag paper and put in her own team,” he pointed out. As a lawyer, he requested that the legality of the action be examined on behalf of the leadership of Plefsis.

The actress Chrysa Diamantopoulou, from first in the northern sector of Athens, with 4,032 crosses, was in ninth place. He accused Zoe Konstantopoulou of insulting the principle of popular sovereignty, after all, that “Pleusi had no freedom and justice”. He also spoke of “cannibalism” and added that when arrogance is in a panic, it spews dirt.

THE Margarita Kazakou, who has served as deputy mayor in Perama for eight years, pointed out, in her own intervention, that she received 65% of the total number of crosses received by the Freedom Cruise in Second Piraeus. He was, however, in third place in the new ballots. “Throw away the popular mandate,” he noted. There was a plan from the beginning, he argued on the other hand, while when asked what he proposes to the voters, he answered as follows: “People are not sheep. To vote for what their hearts dictate.”

THE J. Goosewho is active in the issue of home loans, added, for his part, that one week after the May elections, they were informed about changes, vaguely, in the ballots, without any discussion about them.

At the same time, statements of candidates who did not attend due to the distance in kilometers were read. Indicatively, Mr Dimitris Kolokotronis (Heraklion) reported that Mrs. Konstantopoulou put her own children where she is likely to elect a member of parliament.

On his part, Mr Christos Lambrou, who was a candidate for the second time with Pleussi Eleftherias in Ioannina, complained that someone who does not even live in the prefecture was placed at the head of the new ballot. While Alexandra Polychronopoulou, who pioneered in the Region of Boeotia, was replaced by the one who came last in the neighboring Phthiotida. Declarations were also sent by Nicoleta Burazaniwho pioneered in B’ Thessaloniki and the Sophia Logothetiswhich came 2nd in the B3 Region.
