“The electoral process throughout the Central Macedonia Region has been progressing smoothly since early in the morning. All 3,433 polling stations in all seven Regional Units are operating normally”said the governor of Central Macedonia, Apostolos Tzizikostas after exercising his right to vote at the primary school in Vrachia, Thessaloniki.

“Today is very important for Greece, as it will shape our lives to a great extent, but also the course of our country for the coming years. But it is also a very important day for our Republic and that is why I call on all our fellow citizens and especially the young people to vote, fill the ballot boxes and thus send a resounding message. After all, we ourselves hold the future of the country in our hands. In the Region of Central Macedonia we are ready, from the very next day, from tomorrow morning, to cooperate with all the representatives of our region in the Greek Parliament and of course with the new Government, in order to continue to provide solutions to the problems of our country and to go Macedonia firmly ahead”pointed out Mr. Tzizikostas.
