In the joint announcement, after the meeting they had in the Parliament and the statement in the peristyle, Stefanos Kasselakis and Nikos Pappas state:

“We are responding to the message of the massive participation of the democratic world in the September 17 process.

The 150,000 citizens, who waited for an hour or two in line, swept crisis scenarios that our political opponents are on strike.

They sent a message of unity.

A message that commits us all to a common path based on our founding declaration, which was voted unanimously and which unites the world from the left to the progressive center.

We are building the members’ party, with substantial participation and decision-making at all levels, with regional organization and utilization of all executives. We activate the networks of the faction.

We are creating the patriotic, modern, ruling faction.

We stand for:

  • the foreign policy pursued by the government of Alexis Tsipras in the period 2015 – 2019. We claim solutions to foreign policy based on International Law.
  • the prospect of a country where every person will be able to live their own Greek Dream: to freely develop their potential, with justice, honesty and democracy.

We win again:

  • the world of work, the salaried, the self-employed, farmers, pensioners, people of culture, the middle class and healthy entrepreneurship.
  • the world from the left to the progressive center.

From today we are building the Great Front of victory.

We start from this Sunday for the victory against New Democracy.
