The deadline for submitting an application for participation by postal vote on the special platform that will be created will expire 40 days before the elections, while 20 days before the elections the files will be sent.

Voters will receive a file that will contain a vote return file, the voting file, the ballot paper, a form for voters and a responsible declaration form.

The final date and time for the receipt of the files will be at 5 pm on Saturday, the eve of the elections.
