PASOK launched an attack on Kyriakos Mitsotakis, commenting on the prime minister’s interview on the state channel. With its announcement, PASOK speaks of the “arrogance” of Kyriakos Mitsotakis and declares that “we do not accept human rights courses”.

PASOK’s announcement in more detail:

“We do not accept human rights lessons from Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the Prime Minister of wiretapping, the degradation of institutions, interventions in justice and late-night raids by independent authorities.

Let him not judge other people’s actions by himself, when he talks about the instrumentalization of human rights.

We want to remind him, because we are not all Lotus-eaters, that all PASOK MPs voted for the cohabitation agreement, while only 19 out of 75 of New Democracy voted for it.

In fact, the Prime Minister, steeped in arrogance, belittled simple logic today.

How much institutional behavior is the exhortation to abstain, and while he hesitates to impose party discipline even on his Ministers, to request it from the opposition parties?

That is, quite simply, he urges them not to appear in Parliament that day because some others will be taking their… days off.
