The work of the KO of SYRIZA began at the house of Stefanos Kasselakis in Spetses with the first information stating that the signal for the start was given by the president of the party himself.

According to sources, Mr. Kasselakis clarified that this is not a meeting, “but a productive and creative discussion and exchange of views between equals”.

In fact, he proposed the joint configuration of axles for one “National Plan for the Greek Dream”with the aim of reconstructing the state from the ground up, so that it becomes efficient and works for everyone (e.g. Health, Social Welfare, Education, Security, Public Administration, Justice, etc.), prosperity and progress for all, for a society of equality, justice and cultural creation, for a patriotic and proud Foreign Policy.

The agenda of the meeting

The first meeting of the working meeting takes place behind closed doors at the home of the president of SYRIZA.

The heads of departments present their work within 10 minutes, except for the person in charge of Finance, whose time is estimated to exceed 60 minutes.

After the completion of the work, Stefanos Kasselakis is going to host a dinner at his home.

The working meeting will continue tomorrow, from early morning and will be completed late Saturday night. Afterwards, the SYRIZA-PS MPs are scheduled to have dinner at a well-known fish restaurant on the island. On Sunday morning, departures will begin.

Absences

Alexis Tsipras, Elena Akrita, Marina Kontotoli and Olga Gerovasili will be absent from the working meeting. Elena Akrita has been explaining for days the reasons why she will not attend, while tomorrow Saturday she is scheduled to give a speech on demographics at an Independent event. Olga Gerovasili will not be present for health reasons.

It is noted that Chania Member of Parliament Pavlos Polakis is absent from the island, as he had scheduled surgery.
