Regarding the POS everywhere, Mr. Theocharis emphasized: “All retail is obliged to have a POS”, while for individual businesses and legal entities “there has always been the obligation for businesses to have a business account and all their income must be made to this business account.”
He also pointed out that if someone refuses to have a POS or does not have a business account, there will be a fine.
For the flood victims, the Deputy Minister of Finance noted that “we have already extended all declarations, all payment obligations for six months”.
On the occasion of the F-35, Mr. Theocharis stated: “The important thing is that everyone, and especially our partners the USA, see us as a pole of stability and that is why they are implementing them. They implement them because it is in their interest to implement them. This is the big difference in our country compared to previous years.”
