“A new, large, modern call center that will provide answers to taxpayers’ questions,” says Mr. Hatzidakis.

The finance minister also adds:

“And still:

– A new mobile application, where every citizen will see their tax calendar and a number of other AADE services.

– A new AADE website is being prepared, more useful for taxpayers and accountants.

– Also, Chatbot that, using artificial intelligence, will be able to provide answers to a series of questions.

– The pre-completion of tax returns and the general automation of their submission is progressing.

– And new, standard local services are being created in Athens and Thessaloniki to better serve the citizens.

Those who doubt, please wait a few months!’

“Behind the scenes”
