For the digital transformation of the public sector, but also for the new “MyCoast” application, through which citizens will be able to immediately file complaints for exceeding concessions or for arbitrary beach occupations, Konstantinos Kyranakis, Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, spoke on the show “Mismatches” on SKAI.

Asked about today’s decision on the tragedy in Mati six years later, Mr. Kyranakis commented that “the delay is too long and that is why the bill of the Ministry of Justice for the new judicial map that will reduce the time of issuing decisions is important ” while he added that “those who remember those moments, we consider that there are also political responsibilities”.

Regarding the first digital assistant, Mr. Kyranakis announced that “it has been upgraded, you go in, the voice assistant is activated and you ask for a marriage certificate. Chatbot turns into Actionbot and this means that the citizen will be able to order any certificate he wants without the mediation of a public service”.

The digital complaint application for beaches

Regarding the new possibilities for detecting violations on beaches, Mr. Kyranakis stated that “this May the application will be ready MyCoast which will be able to give the citizen a complete picture of the beach he is on and who has legally leased the beach. They will be able to see the square footage and the start and end dates of the lease and they will be able to proceed with complaints. We want the image to come out that the country is more organized.”
