Mrs. Konstantopoulou blamed the government for the disasters that hit the area from the floods
“The message sent by Thessaly and the Larissa it’s loud. From here begins a great upheaval, as from the heart of Greece it “beats” with a horizon to change the world” said the president of Plefsis Eleftheria from Larissa Zoe Kostantopoulos during her tour of the region.
Mrs. Konstantopoulou blamed the government for the disasters that hit the area from the floods, noting that the area has signs of abandonment. At the same time, he said that “they have arranged anti-flooding projects and at the moment Thessaly is asking for and claiming the obvious in terms of infrastructure”, while he called on the citizens to send a message to the ballot box in the European elections by strengthening the Freedom Sailing.
“This long-suffering place, which is at the same time experienced, creative, productive, competitive and optimistic, will not let the current government either, just as it did not let the previous regional authority rule over its lives,” he said.
Also, Mrs. Konstantopoulou, referring to the funds concerning Thessaly, said that she has requested an audit of all the expenditures that have been made, noting that “the government that pretends that it cannot find funds for Thessaly, squanders unimaginable amounts which it has not yet been checked where and to whom they go.”
Finally, he also referred to the accident of Tempoaccusing the government of a cover-up, while saying there is a scandal involving “crime scene tampering”.
“Development is clearly not for the prime minister and ministers to use public money to cover their tracks for crimes,” said Ms. Konstantopoulou.
