All the burning issues that make up the everyday life of the Greek are “bold” in the positions of Kyriakos Mitsotakis

In the last “sprint” before the polls are set for the European elections on June 9, the prime minister and the entire apparatus of Piraeus are running, emphatically communicating their messages and what is at stake from the upcoming election.
Economy, accuracy, national issues, justice, education, and all the burning issues that make up the daily life of the Greekare “emphasized” in the positions of Kyriakos Mitsotakis and in the contact he has with the citizens, touring throughout Greece.
At the same time, he does not stop reminding the “false promises” of the opposition and especially SYRIZA – as noted by government officials, and with evidence and arguments to deconstruct what they propose against government policy.
On the one hand, government sources note, there are the tangible and measurable results of government policy, which continues unabated with the aim of improving every aspect of citizens’ daily lives, and on the other, inexpensive and unenforceable promises which, however, carry the risk of returning the country in difficult times and to create new conditions of memoranda and bankruptcy.
From Corfu, the prime minister launched a new attack on SYRIZA, saying that on the major issues that concern Europe it says absolutely nothing and continues to march with a rhetoric that has hurt the country in the past. “What troubles me even more is that I sometimes feel that I am living again with a repetition of a campaign project and a campaign rhetoric that has hurt the country. In a maybe much more lifestyle wrapper with other communication practices and habits. But with two characteristics which have not changed in relation to the old era of SYRIZA, one is the lie and toxicity and the other is the plagiarism of tens of billions that do not exist” noted Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
Referring to the economy, the Prime Minister emphasized that “Greece has ceased to be the black sheep of Europe. A strong Greece is the bet of the Eurocalp.” As he added, for the last five years we have been fighting to make Greece Europe at all levels of politics. Green Policy, Digital and Green Transition, Common Fund for Strengthening State Budgets and anti-missile protection umbrella among our first priorities”.
Regarding the fact that the government recognizes that it is a problem that plagues Greek households, and is doing “the best to deal with it” as commented by government officials, the prime minister pointed out that “the answer is ultimately higher pensions and better wages”. He also talked about the government’s interventions for the demographic problem, the “housing program”, the reform that the government proceeded with by passing a relevant bill for the establishment of non-state universities. While, regarding investments, he noted that “Greece has the audacity and courage to deal with the powerful multinationals”.
In this context, the Prime Minister’s recent initiative in the EU on the profiteering tactics of multinationals is included, while the government has been continuously taking measures since imported inflation began to rise, “while the opposition remembered to “raise” the issue of accuracy two weeks before the European elections” underline government officials.
The prime minister’s tours will intensify as the polls for the European elections approach and today Kyriakos Mitsotakis he will continue inside the walls of Attica, speaking at noon at a gathering in Paleo Faliro, while immediately afterwards he will visit the Office of Special Social Groups of the Public Employment Service in Athens.
