He accuses the president of SYRIZA of showing authoritarianism, arrogance and narcissism. Stefanos Kasselakisthe press representative of New Democracy, Nikos Romanos on the occasion of his radio interview in Rhodes.

The statement of the representative of the ND, Nikos Romanos, follows in detail:

“In the few months that Mr. Kasselakis has taken over the reins of SYRIZA, it is the umpteenth time that he has put his feet up in order not to answer a question that he does not like or not to listen to an opinion that he does not like. He did it with Mr. Evangelatos when he asked him where he was from. He did it with Mrs. Christidou when she asked him about the statements of members of his party. He even did it with Mr. Tebonera at the meeting of the Political Secretariat of his party. And he repeated it today with journalist Ms. Rena Pavlakis in Rhodes, when she informed him that contrary to what he said, the campaign for the island ran immediately after the devastating fires.

Not only does Mr. Kasselakis not apologise, but he tries to come out on top by attacking again and targeting a journalist who was just doing her job.

Once again, Mr. Kasselakis demonstrates authoritarianism, arrogance and narcissism. Unfortunately for him, communication is not just social media videos. Communication means listening to your interlocutor. Answer his questions. And to respect his opinions, without putting it down as soon as you feel pressure.”
