“The big issue of the criminal proceedings against him has been opened wide,” Adonis Georgiadis said in another interview, last night, about the “whereabouts” of Stefanos Kasselakis
The “where are you from” presented yesterday during his speech in Thessaloniki by the president of SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance, Stefanos Kasselakis, was invited to comment by Adonis Georgiadis, Minister of Health, who was invited to the First Program of the Hellenic Radio.
“I consider it unlikely that Mr. Kasselakis will not be prosecuted”
As the Minister of Health, Mr. Georgiadis initially stated, “I find it unlikely that Mr. Kasselakis will not be prosecuted (…) And he himself had admitted that he violated the law (…). What he presented is not identical to the statement he had made in ’23. Because what he presented yesterday was a total fortune of real estate, cars and investment products and deposits of about 5 million in total value, loans of 1.8 million and a house purchase that did not write the page.
So, today Mr. Kasselakis is the one who has about 1.2 million in cash and 2 expensive houses and 2 very expensive cars (…)”.
Besides, speaking last night on an extraordinary pre-election show of Open, Mr. Georgiadis said that from what appears, Stefanos Kasselakis is not – according to his statement – a slob who does not need to work.
“Tales of Halima”
During an intense dialogue with the SYRIZA member of parliament, Theodora Tzakri, Mr. Georgiadis said: “The man presents that he has a total of 3 million investment products, 22,000 deposits and bought a house in 2024 after the declaration, i.e. 1.8 million and he owes 1.8 million
If you didn’t understand, Mr. Kasselakis is also inside about half a million.
Question: A man who no longer works, has a self-declared loan of 1.8 million, has investment products of 3 million and has spent 1.8 million on a house. How is that possible? If he sold the investment products to get a house, he is poor.
So the image of the zaplutou that he presents and does not need to work on again is “Halima’s tales”. He got his house in Spetses when he was two years old from parental support, but his father seems to owe the tax authorities 11 million. Oh, the whole Kasselakis affair is a tragedy.”
Mr. Georgiadis continued: “He’s not the image of a sleazy Kasselakis from the Hamptons who never has to work in his life. It is the image of a man who at some point made money and if indeed with this money, he has not hidden some others somewhere else, he lives the life he presents to us, in a year and a half he will not have anything to eat, so something is wrong with what it presents. The big issue of criminal prosecution against him has been thrown wide open».
