With his post, Nikos Androulakis refers to upcoming increases in electricity, sharply criticizing the government.

“Government incompetence continues as electricity bills rise by up to 70% in June. An increase due, among other things, to the fact that the government has transferred the entire cost of non-competitive services to the final consumers”, emphasizes the president of PASOK. At the same time, he points out that the big suppliers benefit, while he speaks of the “tragic delay” of the government “to promote modern storage systems, as other countries do”.

“The government’s faulty energy planning will have painful consequences leading to new increases in the coming months. They can no longer hide behind non-existent excuses. To be accountable for their incompetence in the energy sector as well”, Mr. Androulakis underlines in his post.
