In Gordana Silianovska-Davkova eyes are expected to be on tomorrow Thursday, as well takes place in Skopje the Summit of the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP), on the occasion of the completion of the presidency of the organization by North Macedonia.

The new president of North Macedonia declares that she respects the Prespa Agreement, but, as she said, she has personal right to use the term “Macedonia”.

As announced by the Office of the President of North Macedonia, tomorrow’s Summit will be attended by representatives of the 13 countries participating in the SEECP.

Among other things, tomorrow’s Summit in Skopje will be attended by the presidents of North Macedonia SilianovskaAlbania’s Bayram Begai, Bosnia-Herzegovina’s Denis Becirovic, Montenegro’s Jakov Milatovic, Kosovo’s Viosa Osmani, as well as the Greek foreign ministers, George GerapetritisTurkey’s Hakan Fidan and Serbia’s Marko Djuric.

Earlier tomorrow in Skopje there will also be a meeting at the level of foreign ministers of the SEECP countries. Greece will be represented by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alexandra Papadopoulou.

The South East European Cooperation Process (formerly known as Trans-Balkan) was established in 1996 and the first Summit was held in Crete in November 1997. It is the only regional cooperation scheme, in which all the countries of the South East participate exclusively. Europe and Kosovo. In particular, apart from Greece, the following participate: Albania, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Croatia, Montenegro, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey. The aim is to strengthen good-neighborly relations between the participants, as well as the appropriate preparation for integration into the Euro-Atlantic institutions, with cooperation in the areas of the rule of law, security and the economy.
