Stefanos Kasselakis responds to “leaks” regarding the Polakis issue, without naming anyone, with his midnight post on social media.
The president of SYRIZA claims that “Pavlos Polakis was removed from the party’s parliamentary group due to behavior that is not appropriate in the parliament”.
He points out, however, that “he is a member of SYRIZA with work, opposition power and a selfless presence that everyone knows”.
“This for me is non-negotiable”, emphasizes Mr. Kasselakis.

Because I see leaks for “half” and “full” deletions, I repeat:
Pavlos Polakis was removed from the SYRIZA Committee for behaviors unbecoming of the parliament. It’s a matter of behavior, not policy.
Behaviour, in a Parliament that has been corrupted by the New Democracy, which sells us civil politeness while it covers up crimes and hides scandals.

Who wags the finger at us while keeping someone who cannot even recognize me as a man as a Member of Parliament – and in this way hurts thousands of our fellow citizens.

And as long as he keeps as a Member of Parliament someone who declares that “the female is for tickling” – and in this way he discredits half of the citizens of our country.

And the Prime Minister keeps them, because he is afraid of his right wing that controls him.

Pavlos Polakis is a SYRIZA executive with work, opposition power and selfless presence that everyone knows. And that for me is non-negotiable.

There are others who deliberately and daily hurt the party politically (rather than behaviorally) to serve their petty ambitions.

Those who hide behind leaks, better deal with them.
