In the need for changes in its leadership SYRIZA insists o Pavlos Polakisone day after his wedding Stefanou Kasselakis in Crete, which marked an informal internal party moratorium.
In his post on Facebook, Mr. Polakis announced his candidacy for the presidency of the party, saying that he will be present at the Central Committee, which, as he writes, “will judge a lot about the course of SYRIZA and the country.”
At the same time, he leaves sharp points against Mr. Kasselakis, who, without naming him, abandons him for “politics of a one-man principle, which has no political staff and planning, disconnected videos, display of personal life, personal choices and wealth. “They cover up and anything that is right is voiced as position because society doesn’t listen,” he writes.
Pavlos Polakis also targets SYRIZA MPs, who, as he claims, plan “to give the image of dissolution needed to reap the scenarios of the “center-left of DIAPLOKI”!!! Those who dare to do this will be punished by both the people and history.”
