And the independent MP sent a second out-of-court complaint Athena Linou to Pavlos Polakis, although he does not name him, and at the same time warns that lawsuits will follow for the slanderous attacks he receives.

It is noted that the first court order against Pavlos Polakis was sent in August.

“No word, no insinuation will be left unanswered and the truth will be seen in the courts,” Mrs. Linou states, among other things, in her statement.

Athena Linou’s statement

“As promised, all necessary legal action to address the defamatory attacks against me has been initiated.

The second extra-judicial case has already been delivered and the lawsuits will follow. No word, no insinuation will be left unanswered and the truth will be revealed in the courts.

So until the end, against those who with insults, slanders and non-existent accusations ultimately harm our vulnerable fellow citizens – and primarily children in need – for petty political and communication purposes.

Because I have this obligation as a doctor, professor, member of parliament and a conscientious citizen above all”.

Polakis files a lawsuit at the Supreme Court

At the same time, the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court was visited in the morning at 10:00 by SYRIZA-PS MP Pavlos Polakis, as he reported in his post where he filed a lawsuit regarding the case with the institute.

Specifically, the SYRIZA-PS Member of Parliament for Chania will be at the Prosecutor’s Office in order to testify:

A subpoena against everyone responsible, regarding what has come to light regarding the activities of the organization “PROLIPSIS Civil Non-Profit Society of Preventive and Occupational Medicine”. The company with the distinctive title “PROLEPSIS INSTITUTE” and to which the Independent Member of Parliament Ms. Athina Linou is directly related, according to what P. Polakis has revealed, may have caused the State a loss of more than €5,000,000 and despite this fact, justice remains a neutral observer to this day.

Petition against and for annulment of the acquittal decision of the 3rd Tripartite Court of Appeal of Athens, with defendants Theodoros Papadimitriou, Stamatios Poulis, Andronikis Theofilatou, etc., which came despite the prosecutor’s proposal to the contrary and as a result of the non-appearance of the EODY, who he should have attended in order to support the charge and defend the Public Interest.
(P.S. I DON’T PLAY GAMES and I DO WHAT I SAY…. Details tomorrow…)
