Nikos Pappas called PASOK and the other progressive parties from the Plenary to a parliamentary rally against the government, while criticizing the government and economic issues.

Speaking at the debate on the bill for the new public investment development program, the president of the SYRIZA parliamentary group – PS invited Nikos Androulakis and the PASOK MPs to join the parliamentso as to overturn the government’s choices “that affect our people».

I call on the MPs of PASOK, the MPs of the progressive parties to support our proposal. As do protesting conservatives“, he added, making special reference to the blue executives who are reacting with the government policy, calling on them to support the SYRIZA amendment on the red loans.

In fact, referring to the debate that is developing around the election of the President of the Republic, he called on the progressive forces to consider supporting a person “that comes from the Left or from the progressive faction”, underlining that this will also be the position of SYRIZA because “there are no blind spots in the institutions».

Attempting at the same time to send a message of regrouping the forces of the official opposition, he emphasized that “SYRIZA-PS is present. To answer the great challenges facing the people. To lead as a party, as our collective decisions dictate, a grand progressive electoral alliance».

No liquidation scenario, no operation to fragment the progressive faction is going to prevail“, he added.
