Owners of a mansion in Alphaville that once belonged to Guimê and Lexa have returned to court to demand R$5.1 million in damages for the property’s misuse. According to the Court of Justice of São Paulo, the allegations include graffiti on one of the walls and neglect of the pool, which turned the water green.

Neither Lexa nor the funk singer commented when contacted. This is yet another chapter in a long-standing dispute between the parties. The imbroglio over the mansion that Guimê has not paid off in full has been going on since last year.

A year ago, the São Paulo courts ruled that Lexa should be responsible for paying the million-dollar debt. Until then, she had filed an appeal to avoid having the funds frozen in her account.

According to that decision by the TJ-SP, Lexa was responsible for the singer’s debt because she had a universal union of assets with him. Even with the separation after the sexual harassment case on BBB 23, the singer did not divide the assets.

The debt is related to the property purchased in 2016 by the funk singer for R$2.2 million. Currently, the value of the debt is estimated at almost R$3 million. According to the owners, the musician has failed to pay around R$777 thousand.

The owners went to court demanding the termination of the property contract, which they achieved, and payment of compensation for enjoyment, that is, for the time that Guimê enjoyed the house. In October 2020, the funk singer had been convicted in the first instance. The case is being processed in secret.

At the time, Guimê said that he signed the contract after dealing with bad people and denied that he had been evicted, saying that when the decision was made, he no longer lived there.
