The Minister of Health gave a full interview, Adonis Georgiadis, speaking to and in “Today» with them Dimitris Oikonomou and Akis Pavlopoulos for all current affairs.

It’s not my job to comment on circle answers, I don’t like it and I don’t have the right. Without wanting to answer Antonis Samaras, who knows my love and respect for him, I want to say my opinion about Greek-Turkish. There is no question of Greece’s submissiveness towards Turkey. The Greek government is not negotiating any issue of national sovereignty with Turkey. Mr. Gerapetritis informed the ND MPs and they were all satisfied. No concessions were made in Casso, nor anywhere. We are trying to have a calm climate with Turkey, because this is in Greece’s interest. Peace with Turkey means better tourism, better investments, less illegal immigration flows.”

In fact, responding to those who speak of “Mitsotakis compromise”, he underlined that “the absolute red line in politics is questioning the patriotism of the other”. He recalled that even during the Prespa era, he himself never described Alexis Tsipras as a discounter. “Greece has historically paid a lot for such divisions.
