The lifting of the immunity of the president of Freedom of Navigation, Zois Konstantopoulou is expected to be examined by the Parliament at the request of the judicial authorities.

“I was targeted by the municipal authority of Volos, and the judicial authority of Volos. The functioning of the judicial authority was unimaginable until Adonis Georgiadis said that in order to get rid of you we will even bring in the special forces. To shed light on the case… I will make use of all that is being done to shed light on the case so that it does not remain in the dark,” said Zoe Konstantopoulou.

The actions attributed to Mrs. Konstantopoulou include a call to the Police from her cell phone in the middle of a meeting, with the aim of ELAS intervention against the presiding judge and the prosecutor. He also allegedly removed a microphone from the bench and interfered with the computer used by the court during the trial.

The judicial authorities requested that the immunity be waived so that the prescribed legal proceedings could proceed.
