With the Minister of National Defense Nikos Dendias and with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Giorgos Gerapetritis met his GG today NATO Mark Rutteas part of his visit to Athens.
I met today with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte @SecMarkrutte in the Ministry of National Defense.
We discussed, among other things:

🔹E.U. relations and NATO.

At this time, the meeting of Mr. Talk to the Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, and then statements will be made.
Mark Rutte met Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday, with whom he discussed the growing challenges “to our collective security”, including the threat of terrorism, the war in Ukraine and the crisis in the Middle East.
“In an increasingly unpredictable world, Turkey makes an invaluable contribution to NATO,” Rutte stressed.
