Tomorrow, February 4th, PASOK’s proposal will be discussed for the establishment of the House of Representatives
The political interest is turning to the House in the coming days, two years after the Tempe railway accident. Tomorrow Tuesday, February 4, PASOK’s proposal will be discussed for the establishment of the Parliament’s pre -trial committee for possible offenses by the then Deputy Minister under Prime Minister Chr. Triantopoulos.
The following day, Wednesday, February 5, the pre-agenda debate will be held at the level of leaders, requested by the KKE and SYRIZA-PS, “on the crime of Tempi”. On the same day, as announced by the leader of the opposition, N. Androulakis, PASOK will submit a proposal against the government, on the occasion of the recently published report by EPANAAM. The decision is taken by the absolute majority of the entire number of Members.
On the proposal of mistrust, the Constitution (Article 84) provides that the debate begins two days after its submission, unless the government requests to begin immediately, and (the debate) may not be extended more than three days after its entry. The vote on the proposal of mistrust is being carried out as soon as the debate is over, but it can be postponed for forty -eight hours if the government demands. Proposal is accepted only if approved by the absolute majority of the entire number of Members.
