Complete and clear clarification of the role of the three levels of administration: Net responsibilities with the corresponding resources and a clear operational and effective administration system with ensuring the interoperability Civil Protection).
2. A total redesign of the regional and local government’s revenue system with tax decentralization and reinforcement of their tax and financial self -reliance.

4. Establishing measures of upgrading the human resources of the State, in order to build mutual respect for public officials and citizens, so that both have a reason and role in forming decisions focusing on the public interest.
5. Right by the Local Government of Holistic Philosophy in the design and implementation of its programs.
6. Three life networks (health, welfare, administrative service) reach the last home both intangible and with physical presence.
7. Upgrading the KEPs to state branches and establish the equal access of citizens to it (Republic of daily life).
8. Implementation of the principle of island (with reference to the mountainous areas) provided for in Article 101 (4) of the Constitution of Greece with the immediate promotion and adoption of the parliament of relevant applicable law.
9. Extension of Transparency: We oblige all bodies and companies that manage public resources to publish their decisions in DIAGNOSIS.
