“Because I have recognized this injustice, by a decision published a short time ago in the Government Gazette, oncology and hematological patients have the opportunity to undergo blood tests as often as necessary by their treating physician, even on a daily basis. In this way we solve a problem of many years that have plagued a very large part of our fellow citizens, who were severe patients.
