By consultation until Friday, May 2, the Ministry of Development raised the draft of the Joint Ministerial Decision entitled: “Regulation of the details of the establishment of a business park pursuant to Article 46 (2) of Law 4982/2022 (A 195)”.

According to the post on the website of the Ministry of Development, as part of the issuance of regulatory decisions of Law 4982/2022 “Establishment, Development, Management and Operation of Business Parks – Single Regulation Framework for Organized Receptors and Business Provisions and Other Provisions for Enhancing Growth” Ministerial Decision entitled: “Regulation of the details of the establishment of a business park pursuant to Article 46 (2) of Law 4982/2022 (A 195)” of the Ministers of Development, Economy and Finance, the Environment and Energy and Development, the issue of which is linked to the 6th request for payment.

The consultation will last until Friday 02-05-2025.

It is recalled that the purpose of the JMD is to determine a single framework for regulating the procedure that is followed, as well as the required supporting documents for the granting of approval, establishment and development of business parks (eg fees, few infrastructure projects, in particular criteria, deadlines, etc.).
