In Constantinople is the Minister of Foreign Affairs George Gerapetritis where he met with Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew. The two discussed the issues of the Greek community, The Greek Community of Constantinople, the Ecumenical Patriarchate and for the Halki Theological School.

Specifically, Mr. Gerapetritis mentioned in the statements he made after the meeting:

‘I had the special honor today to be accepted by Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew At the headquarters of the Ecumenical Patriarchate and especially in the Marasli Patriarchal School of Urban School, which is a renovated symbol of Orthodoxy in Constantinople.
