“In recent years, Greece has recorded significant digital progress, digitizing services and interconnecting registers. So we are ready to take the next step by utilizing emerging technologies in areas such as tax evasion, “the minister said.
He emphasizes that “at the same time, fiscal stability, growth potential and continuous debt decline allow us to cover the lost territory of the crisis. But to really get back to where we were, we need to run even faster and targeted. “
“In this endeavor, artificial intelligence can work catalyst, enhancing productivity and further accelerating growth, as we integrate it quickly and substantially, both in the public and private sectors,” he continues.
“Our goal is for the new tools to boost all entrepreneurship – and especially small businesses. At the same time, we must support those sectors in time and efficiently, limited to the technological transition. “
Mr Pierrakakis notes that “the changes that artificial intelligence and increase life life will make will be exponential. In this context, we must constantly redefine how we plan policies, while resolving old pending issues that hold the country back. “
