New Democracy MEP George Eutias has submitted to the European People’s Party’s Economic Committee, a set of proposals for Europe’s new economic policy, which must be based on humans, society, competitiveness, businesses, wage stability and facing extremes.
The Greek MEP emphasizes 10 points on which the new European economy must support:
- To support societies, man, citizenship, competitiveness, research, regions and businesses.
- Have a single expression with a creative role without losing capital beyond Europe.
- Citizens are protected by specific measures resistant to times of crisis.
- Provide stability in defense, education, health, safety and infrastructure.
- To be flexible in finding new resources without taxes, citizens and businesses.
- To create a new means to strengthen economies, such as a more flexible recovery fund.
- Reduce extreme fluctuations in power, supermarket prices and rent.
- To take care of providing financially affordable housing to young, single parent families, multiple and vulnerable.
- To create an economy with fixed jobs, better income, strong insurance and business insurance.
- Provide greater funding opportunities to small and medium -sized enterprises with complete transparency.
