In 1566 it serves all health services, namely appointments in pharmacies, primary health care, diagnostic tests, high -cost medicines, pharmacies, questions and complaints.

According to the Ministry of Health, through 1566, citizens acquire high -level coordination, information and service services on issues related to the competence of the Ministry of Health and the bodies it is supervising.

In the first stage, the telephone line will be able to plan an appointment in all structures of primary health care, all EOPYY physicians, personal doctors, and public mental health structures, and from September 2025. In addition, the “1566” will provide information on prevention and public health programs, such as vaccinations and preventive diagnostic tests. At the level of secondary care, the telephone line will provide information on on -call hospital, pharmacies, patient transport, etc. On pharmacies, information will be offered to deliver/receive high -cost drugs (FYK), the possibility of intangible prescription drugs. In the next phase, information will be provided on the operation of Local Health Groups (TOMY), and Mobile Health Groups (KOMY).
