– The three Chiefs of Staff will participate in the Board of Directors of TATHEA.

– The term of office of the Director of TATHEA will only be renewed once.

– It is deleted the initial prediction that the TEHA will set up four positions of lawyers and this task will be undertaken by officers of the legal body.

– It is made clear that the FAED does not acquire any right to real estate belonging to the TETTA and it is now stipulated that the purpose of the FAED is to exploit the non -operational necessary real estate of the TATHEA’s property, provided that they are assigned to it by the TATHA.

– It is made clear that the responsibilities of the FAED include maturing only if there is no other possibility of utilizing and divesting non -operational for the armed forces of immovable property of the bodies supervised by the Ministry of National Defense and Property.

– The President of the FAED is selected by the Minister of National Defense on his call for hearing and opinion of the Standing Committee on National Defense and Foreign Affairs of the House.

– The term of office of the FAED president will be three plus three years.
