The Minister of Justice forwarded to Parliament, in accordance with Article 86 of the Constitution and Law 3126/2003 “Criminal liability of ministers“, a new criminal case file for Tempi, as announced by the president Yannis Bouras in the plenary session.
The case file concerns:
– to the prime minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis,
– to the former deputy minister instead of the Prime Minister Christos Triandopoulos,
– to the former Minister of State and Acting Minister of Transport and Infrastructure from 1.3.2023 George Gerapetritis,
– to the former Deputy Minister of Development and Investments Nikos Papathanasis,
– to the former Deputy Minister of Development and Investments Ioannis Tsakiris,
– to the former Deputy Minister of Health Zoe Rapti,
– to the former Minister of Health Thanasis Pleuris,
– to the former Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Michael Papadopoulos,
– to the former Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Costa Ah. Karamanlis,
– to the former Minister of the Interior Maki Voridis,
– to the Minister of State Akis Schertso,
– to the former Minister of Development and Investments Adonis Georgiadis and
– to the acting ministers and deputy ministers of Transport, during the years 2012-2023, Michalis ChrysochoidisChristos SpirtzisNico MauraganiAthanasios MoraitisMichael PapadopoulosJohn Kefalogiannis and George Karagiannis.
