The final distribution, by region, municipality, abroad in trade union and mass spaces, became known, of the PASOK-KINAL delegates. They are to be elected next Sunday in the internal party voting, in parallel with the election of the Local and Prefectural Committees. Those who will come will be invited to choose the name of the party where among the proposals are “PASOK-Movement for Change” and “PASOK-Democratic Party” while it is not excluded that others will emerge as well as the dominant sign will be the well-known sun.
The total number of delegates to be elected is 4602 , who will be invited on the three days of May 20-22, as already decided, to elect the new Central Committee and its central bodies. Excellent members as well as personalities from the wider area will be invited to the final body of the conference.
Apart from the Central Committee and the Central Bodies of the party, the participants in the Congress will ratify a political text of Positions which will define the ideological and political principles of PASOK-KINAL as well as its main program directions. Based on these, the specialized electoral program of the party will be prepared in the coming months, on the way to the elections. The text is expected to be posted on the party’s electronic dialogue database, “Digital Society”, in the coming days.
